Red Sea Housing is opening its 3rd factory located in Ghana in September 2005, to meet the increasing demand of Red Sea buildings in Africa.  This will be the biggest factory of Red Sea with a land area of 75,000 sq. m. and 13,000 sq. m. of factory under roof.

The new factory will be headed by Mark Sumner, former General Manager of Red Sea in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
