President Kufuor inaugurated Red Sea Housing Services in Accra Ghana last 17 March 2006.  Red Sea Ghana is the biggest manufacturing facility ever built by the company, capable of producing 20 houses a day.

Mr. Don Sumner, Managing Director of the company said the choice of Ghana was influenced by the stability of its government, reliability of the transport and  communications system and efficient seaport and qualified manpower.  Red Sea Housing is already employing 400 Ghanaians and would soon increase the number to 750, according to Mr. Don Sumner.
