Red Sea Housing Services
Company, Ltd. was originally founded in 1967 by Abdullah Dabbagh
in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company was known as Red
Sea Office for Trade and Marketing. The new company had
legal status as an establishment which means it was a privately
owned company. |

This privately owned trading
company got its early roots in the housing industry in 1976 by
importing manufactured housing from the United States during the
boom years in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Dabbagh’s relationship with experts
and business professionals of the industry led him to expand the
business by hiring those he believed could carry the company to
greater achievements. His efforts paid off and soon the young
company expanded into manufacturing and property management. |

|
|
Due to the rapid growth and Mr.
Dabbagh’s desire to expand even further, the legal status was
changed to a limited liability company and became Red Sea Housing
Services Company, Ltd. As years went by and Mr. Dabbagh’s
other business ventures grew, Red Sea Housing Services Co Ltd was
added to the Dabbagh Group Holding Company, Ltd., whose Chairman is
Amr Abdullah Dabbagh. |

The first manufacturing
facility was established in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1983, and as the company
continued to expand, a second manufacturing facility was opened in
Jubail, Saudi Arabia in 1991. Growth of sales internationally created even
more demand and in 1998 a new facility was established in the
Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. And in 2005
a new production facility was established in Accra, Ghana and is now
in full operation to serve the African market. |

Today, Red Sea Housing Services
Company, Ltd. is a recognized world leader in the manufacture of
buildings, with the largest production facilities in the Middle
East. |
