Manufacturing Capability |
|
To cope up with
the demand of its fast growing market, Red Sea Housing
established its presence in 1998 at United Arab Emirates. With
this new and modern facility located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Red
Sea Housing has the capability to manufacture 2,200 m2 a day of quality housing, which is equivalent to an
annual production capacity of 770,000 m2. |
|
|
|
At present,
Red Sea Housing has more than 1,200 highly qualified and skilled
personnel, distributed on various field installation projects and in
its Dubai, Jubail and Accra manufacturing plants. Red Sea Housing craftsmen
and skilled workers often are competent in two or more trades,
thereby enjoying a large degree of flexibility in planning and
execution. Each factory
location comprises an area of roughly 75,000
m2. |
|
|
|
September 2005 marked
the full operation of Red Sea Housing new manufacturing facility
located in Accra, Ghana. This manufacturing plant is by far
the largest of all Red Sea Housing manufacturing facilities with
13,500 m2 under roof and will add another 1,000 m2
of buildings per day. |

Material Procurement |
|
Red Sea imports
about 30 percent of its building materials, furniture, appliances
and accessories from North America. The remainder is sourced from
quality suppliers located in Europe and Asia. Our stock of imported
material ensures a 3-month supply based on its annual turnover, in
order that the plant can always be capable of meeting customer's
tight delivery schedule. |
